A small spot appeared under my bottom eyelid about a month

Resolved Question:

Hi, a small spot appeared under my bottom eyelid about a month ago. It's about 2mm in diameter, not red or coloured, painless and not hard to the touch..slightly raised visibly but mostly flat. When I touch it however I can feel a small flap of skin?! that I can move around freely, also if I manipulate my bottom eyelid and look really closely I can see the 'flap' move away, almost as if I can grab it with tweezers! In a month there has been no growth. Should I see my doctor with any urgency, does this sound serious?
Thanks,
Stuart.

Hello Stuart I'm Dr Chip

Could you please post a photo for me on this page?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I've tried to photgraph it but I can't get a visible image, really very difficult to see!

No problem

It sounds like a totally benign cyst and nothing at all worrisome

It may go away or it might get larger

If it gets larger it's easily removed under local anesthesia. But since I can examine you, have your doctor check it out

Please let me know if you need any more information
