Have you already tried cleaning it?
.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Yes but I cannot get any functions at all

Expert:  Freddy M. replied 4 years ago.
.
How did you clean it?
.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I removed all the cartridges one by one and checked and cleaned them

Expert:  Freddy M. replied 4 years ago.
.
Please tell me exactly how you cleaned them and if you cleaned the machine as well or only the cartridges.
.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Only cleaned the cartridges with a sort tissue

Expert:  Freddy M. replied 4 years ago.
.
Ok please remove them and clean the print head itself using cotton swabs and a very very small amount of warm water until no ink comes off the swabs. The print head is the part of the machine you insert the ink cartridges into. Then please let me know the results.
.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I have done what you asked but it has made no difference

Expert:  Freddy M. replied 4 years ago.
.
Ok next please turn the machine off and unplug it.
Then manually move the print head back and forth 3 or 4 times.
Leave it in the middle of the metal guide bar.
Plug the machine back in and then press the power button 5 times quickly.
Please let me know the results when you can.
