the battery symbol keeps flashing on my eos7d even dough there are recharged batteries inserted

It can be a fault with the batteries.

If you put different batters in, do you still have the problem?

Use a sharp knife and scratch where the battery connection is, do this lightly.

Remove any grime and dust then put the batteries in and tell me if it is still flashing please.

cleaned the battery terminals but battery still flashing on screen .nothing else showing on screen only battery symbol

The batteries you replaced when I asked you, were these brand new batteries?

fully charged,not brand new.Even with the camera switch turned to off the battery symbol still flashes until i take out batteries

It is either the internal power supply or Battery indicator that has faulted.

We have eliminated the batteries and the connections as the cause, which leaves either of these as the issue.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the device to have it repaired. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired , and the repair will be done at no cost to you.
