I,m a newbee to quality printing so please be gentle.

I have just purchased a Canon Pixma Pro 10. When trying to use Print Studio Pro I get the following alert

Print Studio Pro requires 1024 x 768 or higher display
and High Color or higher display color depth.

I don't really understand what this means. Can you help please?

What you need to do is close all programs.

Then right click on the desktop and choose Screen Resolution

Set the resolution to 1024 x 768

And the Color to higher display color depth

Click ok, and it should now function without the error.

Can you close all programs, click Start, Control Panel, User Accounts.

Create a new user account.

Then restart the computer.

Log in with this new user account and tell me if it now opens please Phil.
