You will need software for your camera on your PC.

First CLICK HERE and go to Software section. Download the ImageBrowser software. Install the software. When done, connect your camera to PC and you will be able to see your photos on the camera.

So you are saying that your computer cannot connect to your camera via wifi? How about connect using USB? Does your PC see your camera via USB?

Please disconnect your camera from home wifi. Connect to wifi agian. Test with your PC to see if camera will connect to PC and vice versa.

If not, reboot your PC and test again.
