Thank you for your question, my name is Richard and I look forward to assisting you.

You need to run Pixma Print. Then connect it to the printer when it locates it. Then within the App you are able to print (it does support this).

Let me know if you have any difficulties please

how do i get the document from quick office into the pima print list? Moreover the bottom line pf pima print says 'printer not set' tho it is on the LAN

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
ok, the printer has to be on the wireless network, so connected to the wireless.

How do you have it connected?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It is on the LAN as I said. It receives files for printing from the iMac and sends scans back

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
LAN is Local Area Network Matthew, it does not answer the question.

So again, is the printer connected to the WIRELESS network.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

printer screen says wireless LAN is connected.

are you familiar with this printer type?

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
I am opting out Matthew, another expert may be with you shortly.

You do not need to do anything further.
