Click on Download and download and run the program.

It will give you an ID and a Password.

I can then connect to your computer.

I filled them in.


But then I was asked to fill in " Partners" Password XXXXX ID.


I don't have a partner so I called the phone number 01(NNN) NNN-NNNN


I was told you only do software to connect a computer to a another computer and not a computer to a camera. ! !

Do you have a SD card reader in it Joe?

IF your not sure, open the camera and take out the memory card and look for a slot in the computer for it.

Found and inserted in computer

Now, click start, computer and you will see it as a removable Storage.

You can then copy the photos from there. It is exactly the same as connecting the camera.

I did as you requested but only got " DVD-RW Driver (D)" as a response

Cannot make any headway.


When I go into "TeamView .com" The Download is more central positioned than top right.


When I download I do not get "Quicksupport"


In fact I'm told to close TeamViewer before installation !

Oh bother. ! I closed and restarted computer but only got message re not having closed Chrome but no specific instruction .

When I try to RUN TeamViewer I get a message to close TeamViewer before installing.!


I have closed all references to TeamViewer ( 9/10 of them) but when I go into www.teamviewer.com I keep getting the same message.


If I have it ~ I can't find it. !

Click Task Manager

Look under processes for Teamviewer, click on it and click End Process.

Then try again please.
