I have a fault with a 27mm lens on my Fujifilm EX 1 camera.

Customer Question

I have a fault with a 27mm lens on my Fujifilm EX 1 camera. The camera turns on with a request to turn off and on again and this will demand not go away. When I replace the 27 mm lens with an 18 to 45 mm lens there is no problem.
Hlep pleaes.

Hi,

I am himadri ..

1. Turn off the camera.
2. Clean the lens contacts by gently rubbing them with a pencil eraser
or soft cloth. Be careful that you do not let any debris fall into the
camera body.
3. Reattach your lens.
4. Turn on the camera and let me know the result...
