I have a Canon Camcorder model MVX150i purchased in 2003 My computer uses Windows 7 Home premium operating system and does not recognise the camera. Is there an update digital video solution disc for it?

Here is the page for the Canon MVX150i, You need to download and install the software from there

- click on the radio button for Software (drivers and applications)
and then select Windows 7 under 'Your operating system', then select
English under 'Preferred Language', and click upon the Search button.

That will bring up 9 items. The ones you really need are, in order:
ZoomBrowser EX 6.6.0d Updater and PhotoStitch Updater

Once installed, restart the computer and tell me if it now recognises the Canon please.
