Resolved Question:

After your help I downloaded and manipulated my photos. Now the download has stopped working with the message 'Image Browser EX may not be correctly installed. Uninstall IB EX, restart the OS, and then reinstall IB EX. If doesn't work, database file may be corrupted. In IB EX installation folder double click IBX_DBCleaner.exe, and delete the database file'.
You probably know all this but I am very reluctant to try with my limited knowledge. If you could sort me out once again, that would be great.

My printer has not worked since you helped me yesterday. Is it possible to reinstate this please

Hi,
I did not make any software changes to the system settings related to the printer.
However if you could let me know the make and model of printer that would be helpful.
Also if this just started yesterday you can run a restore
follow the below steps
the system restore should reverse any changes to the system that might have caused the issue to occour.
click start...in the search box type system restore
in the window that appears, restore computer to earlier date and time and click next
select a date may be 2 days back when printer was running fine and click next
follow the onscreen steps

Please try the below
Click start..control panel..programs and features\add remove programs
Locate the software for the hp printer and uninstall
restart computer and unplug the printer usb cord from computer
now open the below link and download and install the software
click on the orange download button and save and run the file

once installed connect the printer when the installation wizard asks you to connectprinter usb to computer
once installed try printing and let me know
