Canon MG5200 series (88.87.17.17.b6.1e) my above printer

Canon MG5200 series (88.87.17.17.b6.1e)
my above printer has suddenly stopped functioning. The warning appears on the printer is as : Support Code:B200 An error has occurred. The printer needs repair etc Could you help please

Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Open the cover of the printer.
2. Remove all ink tanks from the printer.
3. Lift up the gray locking lever on the side of the ink tank holder.
4. Gently remove the print head from the carriage unit.
5. Place the print head back in and lock the lever down.
6. Place all of the ink tanks back in the printer.
7. Close the cover and turn the printer off.
8. Unplug the power from the printer. Leave the power unplugged for about 5-10 minutes.
9. Plug the power back in and turn the printer on.

Thank you. I might just buy that one too once i can get this printer working. What is the best replacement if this one refuses to work at the end?

ok, if this one refuses to work, it means the mainboard has failed, and if its not under warranty, its much cheaper to have the printer itself replaced.
It is a great printer though, and I would advise to get it again, unless you do a high amount of printing, for which the MG5320 is slightly cheaper to run.
