My Canon Printer - Pixma MG5550 is not responding to commands

Resolved Question:

My Canon Printer - Pixma MG5550 is not responding to commands from my computer.
The printer is Wi Fi connected, and so is the computer.
Please give detailed help

I didn't see the steps you already tried, so if you have done this, tell me please
Remove the power to the wireless router, then printer and turn off the computer.
Wait 5 minutes
Then power on the wireless router.
Wait 5 minutes
Then power on the printer, turn on the computer and then try to print.

It was the firmware that had an issue, and needed a hard restart. We did this just then. It will now be ok.
