Customer:

Hi, My name is ***** ***** i will be assisting you

Customer:

these error codes are service errors

Customer:

however there are few intermediate steps you can try

Customer:

press the resume button and check if you are able to continue printing

Customer:

if not, please turn off printer and unplug power cord

Customer:

keep the ON button on printer pressed for 10 secs

Customer:

wait for 2 mins and plug in power cord

Customer:

turn on printer and check

Customer:

let me know if it still repeats the error

JACUSTOMER-8tj9e6pq- : Error code still flashing with orange B light.
Customer:

ok..was there any paper jam recently

Customer:

remove the cartridge...turn off printer and unplug power cord...manually slide the carriage assembly\ printhead back and forth
also clean the rail against which the assembly slides with a tissue ensuring that there is no ink residue on it
clean the golden contacts of the cartridges and the printhead with a cotton swab dipped in little alcohol
Now check the paper feed tray, roller assembly area and the area where the carriage moved for any stuck obstruction like paper, paper clips, pins etc and if found remove it.
once done turn the unit back on and check

Customer:

let me know the status once done

JACUSTOMER-8tj9e6pq- : There has been no paper jam, still the same errors
Customer:

if even after performing the above steps, the error continues, then an internal fault with the sensors\ logic board has occoured
If the unit is within warranty cover get the unit serviced through Canon
If the unit is out of warranty, then you may contact a local repair store for service.
However, sensors repairs\replacement in such case is costly and it is more cost effective to opt in for a new unit.
let me know if you have any questions

i hope you understand that in case of hardware faults i can suggest cleaning and reset steps but cannot make a bad part work again
