Hi Richard

Im using craft artist printing on a cannon pixma

The setting Im using is A5 folded

I then go to the properties and enter A5 landscape

and it advise my image doesnt fit on the page

I've also changed the properties to 12x8

I've also been trying to print 8x8 card but .just cant print it

ok, you need to leave it as A4 Peggy, then it will print and set the measurements as close to this as possible. I believe 8x8 will be ok.
No problem with no monthly contract, thats just an optional service.
If you have continued problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
