I have a Canon MG3250 printer/scanner. Up until the weekend

Resolved Question:

I have a Canon MG3250 printer/scanner. Up until the weekend it was working perfectly on our home network. Then wouldn't print or scan. Have connected by cable to computer. Now it prints ok, works as a copier ok but scanner is coming up with error message 5,157,61. Computer is a Zoostorm using windows 8.1
Any advice?

Wifi has 4 bars out of 5. Not bothered whether its remote or USB but tried again as wifi and it wouldn't print of scan.

Need scan options by tomorrow

Not happy with how this is going. Already paid £15 for support which I think should be free from Canon. Extra amount for remote tech support - come on I can buy another printer for a little more than this! Not happy

The computer has restarted. Please continue the setup when prompted. If installation is successful, then check scanning. And for printing, select the Canon... WS option for wireless.
