I have a Canon Printer MG5300 reason I cant fathom

I have a Canon Printer MG5300
For some reason I cant fathom out it has suddenly started printing blank pages. Earlier this morning it was working fine.
Have changed the black cartridges - have cleaned nozles as well but still printing blank pages
What can I do?

Can you remove the power from the printer and wait 10 minutes.
Then connect the power and power on the printer and try to print.
Is it still producing blank prints?

Hi, Thanks I have switched off at the plug and will wait 10 mins and let you know.

Have just tried and it is still giving completely blank pages. It goes through the motions as if it is printing.

It is the print head that has faulted. We have ruled out all other causes for it.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
