Connect the camera to the computer then turn the camera on.
Then click on Start, Computer
On the left, list under C drive you should see the camera list there.
Double click it and you can then copy the photos from the camera to the computer
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. When I click the start button up comes a list of programmes, no refrerence there

to camera

ok, you mis read the instructions Peter, can you please follow them carefully, I will repeat them again. There is no mention of programmes.
Connect the camera to the computer then turn the camera on.

After clicking on Start amd I expexted to go to my computer to select drive C

You need to click Start, then click Computer
On on the Left side of the window under C Drive you will see the camera listed there.
