Canon SX50 HS. Please can you help. Immediately after clicking

Resolved Question:

Canon SX50 HS. Please can you help. Immediately after clicking the shutter, in all modes except Auto, the image in the camera is coloured green. What's gone wrong? I've gone into My Colours but can't sort it out.

Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. It sounds like the screen on the camera itself may be damaged and needs to be replaced. Take a picture of anything and transfer that picture to your computer. Let me know how that picture looks on the computer.

Any picture taken in Auto is perfectly OK and completely normal.

Any picture taken in any other way is green.

FACTORY RESET:
Turn on your Canon PowerShot SX50 HS and press the [Menu] button
Press the right arrow once to select the “Tools” tab, which is represented by a wrench and hammer icon.
Select [Reset All] by press the button and then press the [Func. Set] button
When the display ask you “Reset settings to default?” turn turn the dial to choose [OK] and then press the [Func. Set] button
