Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.
This is a system board error.
As the first step, can you remove the power to the printer (disconnect it from the power socket) then wait 10 minutes.
Then connect the power, turn on the printer and tell me if it then functions please.
Let me know the results please

Still no function, same B200 error message.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, try this please (we go through some tricks I have to try to bypass this)
Turn off the power
Open the panel
Turn on the power
Wait for print carriage to start moving to the left.
Let it go past half way
Before print carriage reaches left hand side shut the cover.
Leave the Printer turned on
If that fails
Unplug the power cable.
Open the printer
Push the whole print head mechanic to the center
While the printer still open, plug the power and turn it ON.
When the printhead still moving and is going to the very LEFT, close the cover.
Wait until its boot up.
Else
Turn off the printer
Open the cover
Turn on the printer
Wait for print carriage to start moving to the left and let it go past half way
Before print carriage reaches left hand side (but after going halfway across) shut the cover.
Leave the Printer turned on.
Let me know the results please

One and three appeared to work, all lights came on, but tried to print a document and all off with same error code. Could not try option two as carriage would not move manually. please advise next step.

Thanks
It is the internal mainboard that has faulted.
We have ruled out all other causes for this
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.
And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
