Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. Is this a new printer?Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?After inserting the printer CD disc, what happens when you open the cd/dvd device on your computer?Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Solution #1:- After inserting the printer's CD disk, can you please click on Start, then click on Computer, then open the CD/DVD drive letter there, and install (if needed, open the Setup file there to install.)

Solution #2:- If that does not work, please remove the printer's CD disk, then click on the website below:http://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/inkjet/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx475.aspx?type=drivers&driverdetailid=tcm:14-1144251&os=WINDOWS%207%20(64-bit)&language=, then there, click on the Download option on the right in order to download and install the MX470 series Full Driver & Software Package; Note: the download file name is ***** ***** after downloading is finished, then open it to install.Note: If the above website does not work, then please use the website below:http://support-asia.canon-asia.com/contents/ASIA/EN/0100577001.htmlWhen you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting.
