Then in the new window you click on This PC please
Then on the right the devices and printers.
the instructions are
Is D Drive your computer drive? If you click on it you see computer files or something else?
I am asking please about D Drive
Can you connect it to a different USB port on the computer and tell me if it then appears please.
ok, can you connect using a different USB cable and tell me if it is then connecting please?
Its the standard usb driver, and its not even detecting it.
How long ago did it last detect the cameras?
When you say reset itself, what exactly did it do? Did it reinstall windows?
ok, sounds like a refresh then
Do you have another computer there?
ok, let me know if it connects on that please
ok, on the problem computer, press the windows key + X and click on Device manager with the camera connected
You see anything under other devices or with a ! next to it?
Right click then and select uninstall
Then restart and connect one camera and tell me what happens please
you did all that in under a minute?
Including a restart?
do you see it in device manager still?
and you uninstalled these before correct?
Its going to be the reset that is causing this issue, it looks to be the system files that are corrupted.
Your best to do the reset properly this time
Do you have all your data backed up off the computer? (programs it will need to install again)
