Canon 710HS camera problem. I want to see my pictures

Customer Question

Canon 710HS camera problem. I want to see my pictures covering the full screen on my camera. At present, pictures occupy only the top left quarter of the screen and there is a lot of information covering the rest of the screen. How do I get rid of this information please? Thanks!

Hi Susan. Welcome to justanswer.

Select the picture and press OK(or Menu) when you are viewing the picture in the playback mode.

Reply if this doesn't do anything

Susan, if the problem is not resolved then press the DISP button while viewing the images in playback mode (when the information is displayed along with the image). Your problem will be resolved.

Do update me with the status of the issue
