I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message?

What's the model of your Canon Pixma printer, such as MG5620, or MX922, etc.?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can you please put a document or photo faced down on the printer's glass, then use the Copy button / option on the printer, then does the printer do anything?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?
