Hi Madhu. Welcome to justanswer.
Which operating system is there on your computer?
Go to Control Panel. Then go to Devices and Printers. Do you see your printer listed there?
On your Windows, right click your printer, Click see what's printing
A window will open. You will see PRINTER on the toolbar. Click “Printer” and select “Use Printer Offline” to remove the check mark.
Use Printer Offline should not be check marked.
Try printing now.
Then set up the wireless connection on your printer once again.
What printer are you using?
Can you opt for Secure Remote assistance? And give me the model number of your printer.
No Madhu, the model number will be like MP499 or MG2950.....Give me that
What was the name of the printer listed on your computer
Tell me if the wifi led(blue) blinking on the printer?
First remove the printer from the control panel-Devices and Printer
Madhu, hold the wifi button until the green light just below the wifi led blinks two times, then release it. The wifi blue light will be blinking.
Madhu please accept the offer of remote assistance so that it will become easier for me to solve your issue.
Can you opt for remote assistance or not?
Okay then. No issues.
CLICK HERE and install the set-up and choose the Cableless mode to setup your printer
Great. Open your Mac now and tell me which version of Mac OS X are you using?
Yes it will be detected on all other devices now as it has been set up successfully. No need to worry now. Let me know if you have any other query.
