Hi Madhu. Welcome to justanswer.

Which operating system is there on your computer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have Windows 10 and IOS
Expert:  nathan_mills replied 1 year ago.

Go to Control Panel. Then go to Devices and Printers. Do you see your printer listed there?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It comes up on the Windows machines. On the Mac I removed it hoping to add it again but the printer isn't recognisable anymore. Its a problem with the printer.
Expert:  nathan_mills replied 1 year ago.

On your Windows, right click your printer, Click see what's printing

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing is printing. It is blank.
Expert:  nathan_mills replied 1 year ago.

A window will open. You will see PRINTER on the toolbar. Click “Printer” and select “Use Printer Offline” to remove the check mark.
