When you say it is broken, what exactly is happening when you try to use it?

the sd card will not stay in the slot until the cover is closed, the i have to pull card out with tweezers

No, this is a separate company.... we are a technical support center and the payment was for this...

If we did this for free, then there would be no service here and you would never have been helped Elizabeth... It is my livelihood and of course I could never support myself by doing this for free.
