Canon MP620 Printer
My printer has filled ink cartridges and is set up to remotely print, which it has been successfully for a long time, but suddenly is making all the right noises and the paper is ejecting, but with no print on the page.
Can you help please, as I do not have a manual for this.

Hi Jean,

Please follow the below steps on the computer

in the windows search box type control panel and open it from search results

then open devices and printers from under hardware and sound

right click on printer icon

click on printer preferences

click on maintenance/advanced tab and click on head cleaning option

let em know once that is done

else if you wish i can remote connect to your pc to check this
