Hi,

Was this working previously?

If so, has anything changed in your setup?

Try turning the printer off for 30 seconds at the mains and then back on.

Best Regards,

Rich

Done everything you have suggested thanks but no improvement. Feel it could be the modem as its a few years old and having discussed problem with BT they are upgrading me with the latest version which they feel will cure the problem
