Hello, and welcome to Just Answer. I'm sorry to hear that you're having flea problems in your pups. The only thing we can safely do to get rid of fleas in a 2 week old puppy is to soak a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and dab the fleas. This will dry out and kill the fleas, but can be a bit of work if there there are a large number of fleas.
