Hello, thanks for your question today! I am Dr. Drew, and I am a licensed veterinarian. I'll be happy to help you in any way I can.
As dogs age, they are prone to developing lumps and bumps,
many of these are benign, and are typically only a "cosmetic" problem, such as Sebaceous Adenomas, which may be what you are seeing.
These are small warty-looking growths, which can grow to be several times larger than when first identified,
and can become crusty or can rupture and leak.
Unfortunately, surgical removal is the only option for these lumps,
there is no cream or medicine that can be applied to remove such growths.
