Dr. Susan :

Hi, I can help you with your question today.

Dr. Susan :

You can definitely use the fuciderm on her skin.

Dr. Susan :

Has she already had some urine testing for the incontinence issue?

Dr. Susan :

If not, I highly recommend having some screening blood work and urinalysis.

Dr. Susan :

Some dogs that are drinking a lot and creating larger volumes of urine (dogs with Cushings disease, for example), may appear to be incontinent.

Dr. Susan :

In reality, they are just leaking because the large amount of urine in the bladder causes abnormal pressure on the urethral sphincter

Dr. Susan :

We can try aspirin or Tylenol for her.

Dr. Susan :

How much does she weigh?

JACUSTOMER-3tsoymzf- : yes she has been tested for incontinet s and has to have a blood test every 3months
Dr. Susan :

What medication is she on now?

JACUSTOMER-3tsoymzf- : The vet only gave me surolan ear drops to put on her
Dr. Susan :

Yes, but is she taking medication orally for the incontinence?
