Hello, this is Dr. Joey. There is no specific dietary requirements of a dog with Cushing's syndrome. I believe that is what you are asking. This endocrine condition must be managed with medication. But, if a dog is overweight, as many are with this syndrome, then using a weight loss food for a while after initiating treatment for Cushing's syndrome may aid in weight loss or at least getting your dog down to the idea weight, if overweight. If your dog has no severe weight issue, then this would not be a concern. My only recommendation for food would be a high quality food that provides comprehensive nutrition.
