Hi JaCustomer,
.
My name is Jane. I've professionally worked with animals for over 16 years dealing with both health and behavioral issues. I have over 14,000 satisfied customers. It will be my pleasure to work with you today.
.
I need to ask for some additional information. Once I receive your responses, it will likely take 30-40 minutes to type my response. I hope you can be patient.
.
What breed is your dog?
Does she attempt to attack on and off lead?
Is she spayed?
What medical tests have been run on her?
You mentioned training classes. Did you mean she has been in training classes the entire 3 years or did you mean you practice training every day?
If neither is the case, could you explain what training she has had?
Who is handling the dog during training?
Can you explain the circumstances around a few attacks such as whatt was going on right before she attacked such as "a dog ran up to her, and she attacked" or "The dog went to get it's ball and she attacked".
What type of muzzle do you have?
Is she allowed on the furniture?
Are you anxious now when you walk her and see other dogs approaching?
What do you do when this happens?
