Neither of my Kindles will download although my computer is connected to the Internet. My Kindle Fire will not download 'The hare with amber eyes' even though it downloaded onto my first Kindle

What is the model of your wireless modem/router?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have windows xp, vista, or 7?

Do you use Internet Explorer (the big 'e' program icon), or Firefox, or Chrome, etc.?

Can we do a screen sharing session, so I can check and fix this issue directly for you?
