Please try the following:- If you have an Internet / wireless modem / router, please disconnect the power cable from it for a couple of minutes, then reconnect. - If you have a leather (or any other) cover on the kindle, please remove it. Then press & hold (or slide & hold) the power button on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on. - Next, please go to the Wi-Fi/wireless settings on the Kindle, and make sure it is connected, then check.- If needed, please log in your amazon account at the website below:http://www.amazon.co.uk/manageyourkindle , then click on the Action tab of each book you want, then deliver to your kindle ereader.Please let me know if there is still any issue.
