Thank you for your prompt attention. I must apologise for bothering you
but I am happy to say that my computer and kindle are working now - I think it had to do with a password on my router. For some reason
I was asked for the password from the router, and when I found it
I keyed it in and suddenly my kindle was full of books that had been
instantly transferred. I am sorry to waste your time, and hope that I
can get a portion of the £21 back - please take out what you think
is a fair price for your time.
