sorry that is all that comes on the screen that is readable, Behind this box carrying the message are just lines of numbers and letters that make no sense to me.

Please follow the steps below to reset your Kindle.

Please remove the case if you have it in one and unplug it from a charging source, if connected. Press in and hold the power button/on switch for 30 seconds, this will reset the firmware. Please wait up to 3 minutes for it to restart.

Once this is done, please let me know the screen that comes up.
