I cannot connect my kindle,after switching kindle on my network

Resolved Question:

I cannot connect my kindle,after switching kindle on my network name TALKTALK-BC3E3D
comes up asking for wireless password XXXXX when I type M6PM4G6 which is shown on the card with my set up guide the message comes up saying "problem with authorisation" and I get no connection.

I'm sorry about the issue. Was the kindle working previously with your wireless network name or another wireless network name?

Do you know your exact wireless password/network security key? Let's confirm your password/key. Please let me know the followings first:

What is the model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, or Mac?

I have a pc which is connectedwith wps,no lptop or any other device

Is there a model on the router? Is there any password/key/WPA/WEP, etc. at the back/bottom of the router?

Do you have any cable connected from the PC to the router?

Is there anything else connected to the router besides the power cord?

 

And/or if you'd like to, can we do a remote session, so we can chat, and I will be able to check on the router's wireless password XXXXX router's settings directly on your PC?
