Sorry your question was in the wrong category, it is being answered by the correct expert now
When you are regesting it on the Kindle you will see the option to reset the password.
Select this option then follow the steps to have the password ***** to you
Once done, use this new password ***** the Kindle

Then reset your password ***** then use this new password ***** your Kindle and it will then be accepted.
