I have just bought HD6

Customer Question

I have just bought HD6 to replace my Kindle Reader, which is now defunct.
I want the HD6 set permanently to Text-to-Speech, if possible
I want to remove the Voice-Over which describes every touch of screen.
I do NOT want to use any other facility, i.e. emails, apps, etc.
EXCEPT I want to download books via Wifi or discs.
However, it is impossible to attempt any of this because every icon I screen touch is surrounded by a yellow box and does not respond. How is this yellow box removed?
I have received an acknowledgement to this request, and a quotation for delaing with it. BUT while it quotes 36c, the drop-down note quotes €36. There is a vast difference btween the two. Which is correct?

Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. These come together. Please try:Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open Quick Actions.Tip: If you're on the lock screen, place two fingers on the screen, swipe to the left, and then open Quick Actions.Tap Settings, and then double-tap the screen to open the Settings menu.Tap Accessibility, and then double-tap the screen to open the Accessibility menu.Next to Screen Reader, tap Off, and then double-tap the screen to confirm your selection. In the alert that appears, tap Continue, and then double-tap the screen. When the Screen Reader is disabled, Explore by Touch is turned off automatically. Then check.- For instructions how to use accessibility features, please click on the websites below:http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201588900http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201588920More instructions:http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201540050Also, here are a couple of video instructions:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xNy0C26MLAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLaIFMFMhE8Please reply back to continue troubleshooting.
