I am back! Thanks for your message and your patience. I am glad to hear you could fix the problem with the editor software already. Let´s see if we still need a remote-assistance in this case. Have you ever used the editor software before and were able to load patches you´ve saved with it into the Roland via a memory-stick afterwards? Have you possibly tried another memory-stick and are you "ejecting" the stick before unplugging it from the PC each time?

thanks so much for your reply, it seems I understood it completely wrong then. Do you mean you still can´t load the actual editing program on your PC? What I understood was, that you now can use the editor fine on your PC, but the saved patches won´t load on your Roland?
OK, this is indeed strange, so possibly the saved file is already corrupted after creating it with the editor you mean?
Can you check if those "blank white square" files on your desktop have any file-size? If you right click them, do they show up as 0 byte files?
Hmm, that is really strange, can you attach one of these files here please? One that works and one that doesn´t work would be great.

Also sorry that you couldn´t attach the files, it has worked fine at least from the expert side (as we can´t see the customer interface part of JustAnswer). Is there anything else I can do for you possibly or is everything good now?
