Hi

rwhill1 :

How are you trying to connect them?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Through an HDMI Cable into HDMI2 on the back of the TV, we have a sky box connected to HDMI1

Hi,

How are you trying to connect them?

If HDMI, is this a High Speed HDMI cable of less than 5 metres?

Have you tried with 'HDMI CEC' on and off (System > TV Settings > HDMI CEC).

Let me know if this helps, if not I'll investigate further.

Best Regards,

Richard
