Hello, I'm TV Tech1 and I'll be working with you to identify and help you resolve your problem.
There's a couple things you need to check...is the fuse bad after replacing it first, and second is did you see the LED power light light up before you pressed the power button on the TV set?
If you had a power trip on the mains, the most likely fail point is the power supply OR the main board which sends commands to the power board to make certain sections of it turn on, and that LED power lamp tells you if the main board is at least getting power and responding to it.
Have tried a brand new fuse
LED did not light up when I pressed both the TV and Remote
Power Supply is Ok as both Amp and Sky Box Light UP
Power Supply is Ok as both Amp and Sky Box Light UP -- that sounds like you replaced a fuse in the power point, not the TV itself.
Each unit has its own fuse too, so if you did replace the fuse in the power point, you will find the amp and Sky box will function, but the fuse in the TV set may still be bad.
And usually if the TV's power supply did get damaged, replacing the fuse a 2nd time would likely blow the new fuse if the power board has shorted from the mains tripping.

Is there a second fuse in the actual YV set
Yes, there is one (white) located right beside the socket. You'll see it as soon as you remove the TV's rear cover.
There is no secondary fuse socket on the back of the TV
