Richard Hill :

Hi

Richard Hill :

Is it the disc tray that is opening and closing?

Richard Hill :

Is there a disc inside?

JACUSTOMER-siarvf04- :

No there is no disc inside ,it just keeps opening and closing

Richard Hill :

Try resetting by Pressing and Holding the CH ^ and CH v buttons on the unit for about 5 seconds

Richard Hill :

This will delete any timer recording you have set up and you will need to re-tune, but may do the trick

Hi,

When you say screen, do you mean the display on the Recorder or the TV screen?

If TV screen, what TV (Make/model)?

Best Regards,

Richard

Hi,

I've done some research and another client had a similar issue with the same Recorder:

Can I suggest you try the procedure described in the above to see if you can get into service mode to clear the memory.

Best Regards,

Richard
