I have a Ferguson F10500PVR DTR. The programme guide is empty.

I have a Ferguson F10500PVR DTR. The programme guide is empty. The instruction manual says to keep the DTR plugged in overnight. I have always done this. I noticed on Saturday that there was nothing in the guide after Wednesday but thought it would right itself. No such luck. The help line in the manual refers me to Comet which is no help!

Try re-tuning the box to see if that brings the guide back.

Apologies for the delay in replying.

I have found the following information which talks about how to re-instate the guide (EPG). The important thing it mentions is that you need to clear the channel list before retuning which it explains how to do:

No success I'm afraid. When I reboot, the info comes up but disappears spontaneously after a few seconds or when I choose a channel.
