Can you please get me the model number off of the back of the set?


Also, how do you get your programming on the TV- is it through a box connected to the TV with a Scart, or AV cables?


Or is it a direct Aerial to the TV?

Also, what exactly did you do when you reset the TV please?

The tv is on the wall so carnt get the model number

What exactly did you do to reset the TV please, and also what happens now when you run a Channel/Auto Scan?

I put the tv on stand buy then pressed info menu mute power then it came to a page
Then went to number 12 to reset

I only did the reset because we had lost some channels

Okay, in the MENU, there should be a Setup Option, then look at that list for DVT Service, or Add DVT service- something similar. Anything that looks like it would be used to start the set over from defaults in order to add channels, then once that is done run a channel scan.
