First got a digihome tv 6-8 months ago and it appeared to work

Resolved Question:

First got a digihome tv 6-8 months ago and it appeared to work OK, however, not had it connected for some time due to work being done in kitchen.
Have tried retuning but keep getting "no channels, please check antenna"
The indoor aerial was purchased at the same time as the TV.
Am I missing something to do with installation procedure, or do you think the aerial is suspect ?

Hi there,

Indoor aerials do not receive a very strong signal.
You could try using an outdoor aerial, or adding a signal booster to the indoor aerial.
Alternatively, try the digihome at another location where you know the signal to be good, e.g. where an existing TV is already tuned in.

To confirm this, you could try the digihome at another property where you know the signal to be good, e.g. where an existing TV is already tuned in.

Got an aerial man in and he is coming today to fit an outdoor aerial.
