I purchased a Samsung galaxy s4 on November 19 2013. I have recently received then"black screen of death" where the phone is fully functioning but without and visual display. I still receive calls etc. I was wondering whether this is a manufacturer fault or whether my warranty is void. There is no water damage on my phone and I have no insurance but I feel I should be covered by the sale of goods act 1979. Any information on this would be great thank you.
