Try going through the network setup for the TV to verify that it is connecting to the Internet. The setup is described in detail starting on Page 45 of the owners manual which you can see here:

Has anything changed with respect to your network? Changed any hardware, passwords, etc...?
Hi nothing has changed on my network and i am using wi fi which i set up
to my tv and no pass words have been set. it was all working the night before.
Network setup is good have rechecked and it is connected.
