Hi i have samsung smart tv model ue55f8000 when i go to the apps so that i can go onto the internet. there is only two apps highlighted bbc i player and the one next to it. all the rest are dull when i click on the web nothing happens and the same with the others. it was okay the night before. is there somthing i have missed.

Try going through the network setup for the TV to verify that it is connecting to the Internet. The setup is described in detail starting on Page 45 of the owners manual which you can see here:

While you are doing that, can you let me know whether you are using wireless or wired for the TV's Internet connection? Has anything changed with respect to your network? Changed any hardware, passwords, etc...?

Hi nothing has changed on my network and i am using wi fi which i set up


to my tv and no pass words have been set. it was all working the night before.

Network setup is good have rechecked and it is connected.

Try Deleting the Apps, and redownloading them:

Navigate to More Apps screen, select Options, and then select Delete. Select all the applications you wish to delete. Select all the applications you wish to uninstall, select Delete, and
then select Yes from the popup window
