Hi, welcome to Just answer
Hello, can you help
You will have to connect the computer with the ipad
We have and then what
After this is done go to iTunes>devices>your iPad then click on the word Photos on the top navigation bar for syncing.
Then unclick the "Sync Photos" box. It should ask if you want to remove all the photos from your iPad.
click yes and it should be deleted
When I go to iTunes on the computer all it comes up with is music
no not in itunes store
click on ipad
it should appear in top right
ok how can we try this and come back to you if it doesn't work
you can try it now ... I will wait
We tried it and found the photos box to sync but it will not ask anything about deleting
you have to unclick that box
then it will give a message
I thought it was unclicked to start with but we will try again
ok please let me know how it goes
We have done this and we were asked if wanted to remove the photos and we said yes and it said please wait on the ipad but they are still there.
then click on Done on right side
then it will say you have changed settings...
then click on apply
I thought we did but again we will try and do it again and yes we did apply the changed settings
We have tried again twice and nothing happened to let us know that it was working. The photos are still on the ipad2
Hi are you there still?
I tried this procedure on my ipad and it went through
what should we do then?
ok follow these steps
I haven't recvd any yet did you send any
follow the previous steps
and instead select selected folders
instead of all forders
Done as you suggested and still photos on the ipad2
disconnect it from the computer and restart it
The photos are still there
ok then Tap the Photos icon on your iPad’s Home screen to launch the Photos app.
then tap the Photos or Photo Stream tabs at the top of the screen depending on the location of the images you want to delete.
after this tap the Share button (the rectangle with an arrow in it) at the top right of screen and then tap each of the images you want to delete in turn so that a blue circle with a white check mark appears on all of them.
There is no photo stream tabs - only email, copy and print
after this select the red Delete button at the top left of the screen. Now select Delete Selected Photos from the menu that appears.
you will have to select the photos to delete them one by one
There is still no delete, yes we can select single photos
is there a edit button at the top right ?
As we said in the beginning there is no delete or edit button
ok and when you select the photos...a sign should appear at the bottom
or at the top
if you click on that it will delete the photos
only emai, use as wallpaper, print or copy
go to any album
select a photo
and then there should be a "recycle bin" like sign
at the top or at the bottom
if you click on that you can delete the photo from there
there is nt any bin sign
check this video
and please apply the second process
we have already done first one
Watched it twice and still cant remove them
ok, is there a camera roll album ?
if you are in album and if you tap the picture a trash icon should appear in the upper right corner
does it appear ?
Ok, please open a album
then tap the menu button
Thanks we have w
then tap on each photo you want to get rid of (a blue check mark appears), and then tap the Delete button.
Thanks we have gone to reset and everything has now been deleted off the ipad which is what we wanted.
