Hello, my name isXXXXX be happy to assist you.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions to diagnose the problem.

- Can you please get me the model number written on back of TV?

This info will help me to get related manuals for trouble shooting the problem.
Thanks.

OK, have you checked TV setup menu to enable anynet feature?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I've tried but can't seem to get to the appropriate menu!!! Usually, if I go to "tools" there is something so say... "Connect to Anynet". Hmmmmm.

Expert:  Shahid replied 3 years ago.

Please check setup Menu option of TV menu, do you get anynet+ option?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Erm, how do I get to setup.....? If I press the menu button, I only get a screen with "Picture" on the left, and the seting area only gives me things to adjust related to this (obviously).

Expert:  Shahid replied 3 years ago.

There would be more option along with Picture like Sound, Setup, Network Connection, Input menu, Support menu etc.
